Refund policy

At Pony we deeply value each customer's satisfaction. However, given the nature of our small batch drops and one-of-a-kind items, we cannot always guarantee an exchange will be possible. All sales are considered final and returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. A gift card will be issued for the original amount. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and items must be returned with tracking. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date it was received. Must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for store credit. We encourage you to read the measurements carefully and compare them to an item you own to ensure the proper fit.
